The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø4 mm BT204 is used with a pastry bag (sac à poche) in kitchens and pastry sections of catering facilities — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes, bakeries and restaurants — for fine decoration, writing with cream and detailed finishing of baked goods.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The 4 mm outlet hole is on the smaller end of the round nozzle range (the manufacturer offers outlets from 2 to 24 mm) and suits fine lines, dots, lettering and delicate decoration of cakes and pastries.
