The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø10 mm BT210 is used for filling profiteroles and eclairs with cream, as well as forming smooth drops and domes on desserts. Used in the pastry section of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants with in-house baking.
