The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø12 mm BT212 is a versatile tool for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche): piping cream dots and rosettes, filling éclairs and profiteroles, decorating cakes and pastries. It suits pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital catering kitchens, as well as cafes, restaurants and bakeries.
