The Martellato BS10T set of 10 round piping nozzles is designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) — a convenient option for kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes and restaurants that need a wide range of diameters for decorating and filling confectionery.
All nozzles in the set are made of stainless steel with a polished finish; the seamless construction with no welded joints ensures uniform product outflow and high strength for each nozzle. The outlet hole diameters span a range from 4 to 15 mm — from fine lines to wide round patterns.
