The Silikomart IGLOO silicone mould (official name Igloo 115) is designed for making portioned igloo-shaped desserts — 6 cavities of 115 ml each, with a total mould volume of 690 ml. The compact format suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens preparing portioned desserts for group catering.
The mould is used for making semifreddo, mousse desserts, and baked preparations — the material withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C. It is made of 100% platinum silicone, which is food contact safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. The mould is not intended for direct contact with a hotplate, induction surface or open flame, and the surface should not be cut with a knife.
