Silikomart VAGUE Silicone Mould, Ø200 mm, 1100 ml

The Silikomart VAGUE silicone mould is a round mould with a textured wave pattern for making cakes and rich desserts in the pastry section of a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen. The wavy relief gives the finished item a neat decorative look right after unmoulding, with no extra finishing needed — useful when kitchen staff have limited time for final plating.

The mould is made of 100% platinum silicone that withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, so the same piece can go straight from the freezer or blast chiller into the oven without switching moulds. The material is food-contact safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. At the same time, the mould should not be cut with a knife on its surface or placed directly on an open flame, a hot hob or an induction surface — this keeps the texture sharp over a long service life.
