The Silikomart BUBBLE silicone kit is designed for making desserts with a textured, bubble-like surface — mousses, jellies, whipped cream preparations or dishes that require freezing or baking. This kind of equipment suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that prepare portioned desserts for the canteen, as well as culinary training kitchens.
The kit includes a silicone mould and a flat mat used to apply filling layers or cream patterns before shaping the dessert. The mould is made of 100% food-grade silicone and withstands temperatures from -60 °C to +230 °C, making it suitable for both freezing and baking. It is dishwasher safe and microwave safe, but the mould surface should not be cut with a knife, placed in direct contact with a hotplate or induction surface, or exposed to open flame.
