Silikomart SF080/C Silicone Mould, 32.5×32.5 mm Square

The Silikomart SF080/C silicone mould is built for baking a large batch of identical mini portions at once — it has 24 square cavities, which is especially useful for kitchens serving many people, such as a school, kindergarten or hospital canteen that needs to prepare equally sized desserts for a whole class, group or ward in a single cycle.

Each cavity measures 32.5×32.5 mm with a depth of 20 mm, giving a cavity volume of 16 ml and a total mould volume of 384 ml. The small cavity size works well for mini desserts, jellies, chocolates or sponge bites served individually as part of a meal.
