The Silikomart SF055/C silicone mould belongs to the Classic range from the Italian brand Silikomart and is designed for baking or freezing individual oval-shaped desserts. The mould has 8 identical cavities of 110 ml each, with a total volume of 880 ml, allowing an entire batch of matching single portions to be prepared at once for group catering or special events at an institution.
The mould is made of 100% platinum food-grade silicone and withstands temperatures from -60 °C to +230 °C, making it suitable for both oven baking and freezing finished items. Each cavity measures 75×55 mm with a height of 35 mm, which is convenient for shaping sponge cakes, mousses, jellies and other desserts of a consistent size.
