The Silikomart SF083/C silicone mould is designed for baking and shaping small oval desserts in the savarin style — a ring-shaped pastry traditionally soaked in syrup or filled with cream. The multi-cavity mat combines 24 identical portion cavities, so a single baking cycle in a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen yields a full batch of desserts that are uniform in size and weight.
The mould is made of 100% food-grade platinum silicone that withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, making it suitable for freezing semi-finished desserts as well as oven baking. Finished pieces release easily from the flexible cavities without deforming the edges, and the smooth surface requires no extra greasing.
