The Silikomart SF110/C mould is a multi-cavity silicone sheet in a rectangular shape (Rettangolo) with 7 cavities measuring 87x48 mm and 24 mm deep each. Each cavity holds 97 ml, for a total mould volume of 679 ml, making it suitable for portioned cakes, terrines, casseroles and other rectangular servings prepared in batches in school and hospital kitchens.
Made of 100% food-grade platinum silicone, the mould withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, so it can be used equally for freezing semi-finished items, oven baking or chilled storage. The material is food contact safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher safe.
