Silikomart SF076/C Silicone Mould, Sunflower

The Silikomart SF076/C silicone mould is designed for baking or freezing individual sunflower-shaped desserts, made by the Italian brand Silikomart. The mould has 6 identical cavities of 115 ml each, with a total volume of 690 ml, allowing a whole batch of matching items to be prepared at once for group catering or a festive table at an institution.

Each cavity measures Ø76 mm with a height of 40 mm. The mould is made of 100% platinum food-grade silicone, which withstands temperatures from -60 °C to +230 °C, so it can be used for oven baking as well as for freezing finished desserts.
