The Silikomart SF158/C Vertigo is a multi-cavity silicone sheet with 6 round cavities for preparing portioned cakes, entremets, mousse desserts or savoury bakes in a single batch in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Each cavity measures Ø77 mm with a height of 37 mm and a volume of 110 ml; the total working volume of the mould is 660 ml.
The mould is made of 100% platinum silicone that withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, so it can be used both for freezing finished products and for baking in an oven or combi steamer. The material is suitable for direct food contact, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe, which simplifies daily sanitary cleaning of kitchen equipment in an institutional production kitchen.
