Silikomart SFT122/C Round Silicone Pan, Ø220 mm, 1400 ml

The Silikomart SFT122/C round silicone pan is designed for baking a single large-format product — a sponge cake, cheesecake, pie or savoury bake — in the kitchen of a school, kindergarten or hospital catering facility. The pan has a diameter of 220 mm and a working volume of 1400 ml; its solid round shape with no internal dividers ensures even distribution of batter or filling across the whole surface.

The pan is made of 100% platinum silicone that withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C and is suitable for direct food contact. The flexibility of the material makes it easy to release the finished product without greasing the sides, and the pan itself is microwave safe and can be washed in a dishwasher along with other kitchen equipment.
