The Paderno 12921-01 perforated spatula is a practical tool for daily kitchen work in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as foodservice operations. The perforated blade is convenient for turning, lifting and transferring eggs, bacon, pancakes and other food cooked on a pan or griddle: excess fat and oil drain through the holes instead of ending up on the plate.
The spatula is made of Pa Plus composite heat-resistant polymer that withstands temperatures of up to about 232°C (450°F), making it suitable for use during frying. The material does not scratch cookware surfaces, including nonstick coatings, and works with any type of pan. The flexible blade with a beveled edge slides smoothly under even delicate food, while the hole in the handle allows convenient hanging storage. The spatula is dishwasher safe.
