The Paderno 12921-05 flexible perforated spatula is the flexible version of the Pa+plus perforated spatula line, designed for handling delicate dishes in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations. The perforated blade lets food be transferred while excess fat or oil stays behind on the pan.
Made of black Pa Plus composite heat-resistant polymer, the blade offers extra flexibility compared with the standard version, making it easier to slide under thin, delicate foods such as fish, omelettes or pastry. The 30 cm length reaches comfortably to the bottom of deep cookware, and the design has no metal parts that could damage nonstick coatings.
