The Paderno 12921-15 spatula for fish & chips is the largest model in the Pa+plus series, purpose-built for handling fish and fried potatoes. The wide perforated blade holds thin fish fillets securely while turning and serving, and the holes let excess oil drain back into the fryer or onto the tray.
Made of black Pa Plus composite heat-resistant polymer, the spatula is 35 cm long — the longest in the 12921 line — which is convenient for large trays and fryers in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. The material does not scratch nonstick coatings and works with any pan or tray.
