The HENDI Profi Line 541500 slotted spoon (160 mm) is a professional kitchen tool from the Dutch brand HENDI for institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants. The perforated head lets you lift food out of liquid or drain excess moisture quickly during cooking.
