The BRILLIS BD14040 tall stockpot is built for cooking large volumes of food — soups, stocks, side dishes, stewed and boiled meals — and is used wherever meals are prepared daily for large numbers of people: in school kitchens, school meal centres, kindergartens and hospital food services. Its 50-litre capacity allows a whole batch of a dish to be cooked at once, reducing the number of cooking cycles needed per day.
The tall shape makes the pot convenient for handling large volumes of liquid and ingredients when cooking soups or stocks. It is made of food-grade stainless steel 1 mm thick, which provides strength and corrosion resistance under intensive daily use. A multilayer sandwich bottom spreads heat evenly during cooking, reducing the risk of scorching, and makes the pot compatible with induction, gas, electric and ceramic-glass hobs used in institutional kitchens.
