The Lacor Steel Pro 63633 paella pan, 32 cm in diameter, is one of the larger sizes in the line, suited for cooking dishes for a group of people in a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen.
The pan is made of iron using the traditional Spanish technique. A 5.0 cm rim height allows cooking a larger volume of food at once while keeping the even moisture evaporation typical of a paella pan.
