The ARCOS 2900 Paring Knife 290023 is a compact kitchen knife from the Spanish brand Arcos, designed for cutting, peeling and cleaning fruit, vegetables and root vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants.
