The ARCOS 2900 Green Paring Knife 290021 is a compact, lightweight tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for peeling and cutting vegetables, fruit and root vegetables in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, cafés and restaurants. Its small size and centred blade tip make it convenient for precise work.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength. The injected polypropylene (PP) handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection; the green handle colour is used for food colour-coding and hygienic-sanitary control under European regulations.
