The ARCOS 2900 Paring Knife 290000 is a small, lightweight knife with a central tip for peeling and preparing root vegetables, fruit and vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Its compact size makes it ideal for precise work at the cutting board.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength. The ergonomic injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could accumulate.
