The ARCOS Colour Prof Fillet Knife 242500 is a flexible tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for clean filleting of meat and fish in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, cafés and restaurants. The long, thin blade follows the contour of bone or skin, separating the fillet with minimal waste.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material combining hardness and wear resistance. The elastomer-coated polypropylene handle is light, ergonomic and comfortable for extended use, with a colour-coded cap that simplifies hygienic-sanitary control in the kitchen.
