The ARCOS 2900 Butcher Knife 291623 is a heavy-duty tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for meat processing in institutional kitchens: school and kindergarten canteens, hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The large, wide blade is stable and extremely strong, built to handle the intensive workload of meat breakdown.
The blade is forged from ARCOS' proprietary NITRUM® stainless steel, valued in the brand's professional ranges for its hardness and wear resistance. The ergonomic injected-polypropylene handle is permanently bonded to the blade by direct injection, leaving no gaps where dirt or bacteria could build up.
