The ARCOS 2900 Fillet Knife 295125 is a dedicated tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for cleanly separating meat and fish fillets in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, and the fish and meat stations of cafés and restaurants. The long, thin, flexible blade follows the contour of the bone, taking off the flesh with minimal waste.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material that delivers a long service life and strong wear resistance. The polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, and is ergonomic and shock-resistant.
