The ARCOS 2900 Skinning Knife 295400 with a yellow handle is used for initial meat processing in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafés, restaurants and catering businesses handling cooked (heat-treated) foods. The powerful blade with a pointed tip is designed to pierce the meat and start separating the skin from the bone.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance, with a tip shape suited specifically to skinning work. The guard, spine and heel of the blade are rounded for safe handling, and the Bactiproof Silver® system adds extra hygienic protection.
