The ARCOS 2900 Salmon Knife Yellow 300 mm 293300 is designed to cut and serve thin slices of salmon, and can also be used for portioning cakes and pastries. It fits well in kitchens and serving areas of institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, restaurants and catering services.
The long, flexible hollow-edge (Granton) blade is made of ARCOS NITRUM® stainless steel. The hollow-ground edge reduces food sticking to the blade while slicing, and the blade's flexibility helps control slice thickness. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
