The ARCOS Colour Pro Fishmonger Knife 240800 is a specialised tool by the Spanish brand Arcos for fish-processing areas in restaurants and catering kitchens, as well as school, kindergarten and hospital canteens preparing fish dishes. The wide, long blade is built for breaking down whole fish.
The blade is forged NITRUM® stainless steel with a serrated edge for confidently cutting through fish skin and bones. The handle core is polypropylene, covered with a rubber/elastomer coating, with a red cap for food-category colour coding.
