The ARCOS 2900 Salami Knife 295725 with a black handle is a dedicated tool for slicing cured sausage into portion-sized slices in catering venues: cafés, restaurants, and the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals. The long 300 mm blade cuts even, thin slices in a single stroke.

ARCOS has been making knives in Spain since 1734. The 2900 Series blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, which increases hardness and cutting efficiency. The polypropylene handle resists high temperatures, corrosion and shocks and is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
