The ARCOS 2900 Pastry Knife 293724 has a long serrated blade for cutting and levelling cake bases, sponge layers and pastry in a bakery section, an educational or healthcare facility's kitchen, a café or a restaurant. The flexible blade delivers an even cut through thin or tall layers without crumbling.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance. The white injected-polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection.
