The ARCOS 2900 Pastry Knife 295024 with a white handle is made for cutting, dividing and slicing cake bases and pastry products in the kitchens of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and school or hospital catering facilities. The long serrated blade cuts evenly even through tall, dense sponge layers.
The blade is made of Nitrum® stainless steel and has a serrated edge that rarely needs resharpening. The polypropylene handle is injection-moulded and permanently joined to the blade — a hygienic design with no gap at the joint, heat-resistant up to 130 °C.
