The ARCOS Colour Pro Pastry Knife 242800 is a specialised tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for cutting cake layers and sponge bases in the pastry sections of institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and café-patisserie catering, as well as restaurants. The long 250 mm blade delivers a clean, even cut through a cake for soaking syrup and filling.
