The ARCOS 2900 Santoku Knife 290625 is a multi-purpose knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS, with a wide and very sharp blade built for three core kitchen tasks: preparing meat, fish and vegetables. Suited for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafés and restaurants.
The Santoku-profile blade is wide, with Granton-edge air pockets, forged from NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material valued for hardness and wear resistance. The black injected-polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, offers a non-slip grip and withstands temperatures of 120–130 °C.
