The ARCOS 2900 Yellow Santoku Knife 290600 is a multi-purpose Japanese-style knife for preparing meat, fish and vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The wide, sharp blade with hollowed indentations helps prevent food from sticking to the surface.
The blade is made of Arcos' proprietary NITRUM® stainless steel, valued for its strength and durability. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, and its yellow colour allows the knife to be colour-coded by food type for hygienic-sanitary control under European regulations.
