The ARCOS 2900 Pastry Knife 293224 is a knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for cutting and slicing cake bases and pastry. The long, wide, serrated blade cuts confidently through dense sponge cake without crumbling it. Suitable for kitchens in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, pastry shops, cafés and restaurants.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel with a standard, non-flexible profile that keeps its rigidity during cutting. The injected polypropylene handle is ergonomic, hygienic, shock-resistant, non-slip and heat-resistant to 120–130 °C; the joint with the blade is permanent, formed by injection.
