The ARCOS 2900 Chef's Knife 292224 is a core kitchen tool for institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. Its classic, non-wide 250 mm blade profile stands up to daily high-volume vegetable prep — cleaning, slicing and chopping.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for strength and edge retention. The polypropylene (PP) handle is injection-moulded and permanently bonded to the blade; the knife is dishwasher safe.
