The ARCOS 2900 Wide Chef's Knife 290923 is built for prepping large volumes of vegetables in institutional catering — school and kindergarten canteens, hospital kitchens, restaurants and cafés. The extended 300 mm blade lets staff cut through a whole batch in a single pass, saving prep time.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary Spanish-made material. The ergonomic polypropylene handle is joined to the blade by direct injection — a permanent bond with no gap for dirt or bacteria to collect.
