The ARCOS Maitre Santoku Knife 151600 is a Japanese-style kitchen knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS for working with meat, fish and vegetables in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants.
The 170 mm blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' exclusive nitrogen steel formula that extends edge durability and cutting capacity. The blade features grantons (hollow edges) that prevent food from sticking and ensure a clean slice. The polypropylene handle is fastened with corrosion-resistant stainless steel rivets.
