The ARCOS 2900 Serrated Fishmonger Knife 292523 is a specialised tool for processing and slicing large fish in institutional catering: fish-preparation sections of cafés and restaurants, school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. The large, sturdy triangular blade with a serrated edge cuts confidently through fish skin and bones.
The relatively narrow, flexible blade allows precise filleting, separating fish meat from the bones without breaking them. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary material valued for its strength and wear resistance; the handle is made of shock- and heat-resistant polypropylene (PP).
