The ARCOS 2900 Butcher Knife 291523 is a working tool for meat cutting in institutional kitchens and meat-processing operations: school and hospital catering facilities, restaurants. The large, wide blade withstands heavy loads during chopping and portioning meat.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material. The polypropylene handle is joined to the blade by injection, leaving no gap for dirt or bacteria to accumulate.
