The ARCOS Colour Prof Butcher Knife 240100 is a tool for boning and processing small cuts of meat — slicing, filleting and mincing — at the meat station of an institutional kitchen: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. The smooth-edged blade delivers precise, fast cuts.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel. The white handle is polypropylene coated with elastomer, so it does not absorb liquids, stays non-slip and remains ergonomic. A red cap on the heel provides colour-coded food-category identification for hygienic-sanitary control.
