The ARCOS Colour Prof Butcher Knife 240200 is a tool from the Colour Prof series by the Spanish manufacturer ARCOS for boning and meat processing in institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as butcheries, cafés and restaurants. The wide blade provides stability and strength for meat work.
The blade is made of Nitrum® stainless steel, a material valued for its hardness and durability. The polypropylene handle, coated with a rubber elastomer, is comfortable to hold, fully ergonomic and non-slip, and resistant to deformation even at extreme temperatures. Coloured polypropylene inserts on the handle let staff identify which type of food the knife is meant for.
