The ARCOS 2900 Kitchen Knife 290521 is a wide-blade knife from the Spanish brand ARCOS, built for daily vegetable prep in institutional catering — school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The green handle instantly signals its role in a colour-coded food safety system.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material combining strong cutting performance with a long-lasting edge. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could collect.
