The ARCOS 2900 Wide Chef's Knife 290921 is a professional knife with a 300 mm wide blade for heavy-duty slicing, chopping and vegetable prep in institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The extended blade is well suited to processing large volumes of produce.
The blade is made of NITRUM stainless steel, valued for its strength and wear resistance. The injected polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, eliminating gaps where dirt could accumulate.
