The ARCOS 2900 Chef's Knife 292125 is a basic working tool from the Spanish brand ARCOS for institutional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants. The standard blade profile and black handle make it versatile for everyday cutting tasks.
The wide blade with a smooth edge is made of Nitrum® stainless steel, and the handle is direct-moulded polypropylene. The knife is dishwasher safe, though the manufacturer recommends hand washing to keep the edge sharp longer.
