The FoREST Resto Line Green Cutting Board 600×400×20 mm 470364 is part of the FoREST HACCP colour-coding system, made for food-service facilities: school and kindergarten canteens, hospital kitchens, cafes and restaurants.
The board body is made of heat-resistant food-grade HDPE plastic, resistant to moisture, odours and mechanical damage. The Resto Line colour range follows the HACCP system for separating work zones in the kitchen: green is used for cutting vegetables and fruit.
