The ARCOS 2900 Heavy Cleaver 296222 is a heavy-duty 2900-series tool for cutting large pieces of meat and chopping through bone in institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering, cafés and restaurants. The 4 mm blade thickness at 220 mm length is built for regular heavy chopping loads.
The blade material is NITRUM® stainless steel, an ARCOS proprietary development with extra strength. The polypropylene handle withstands detergents, impact and high temperatures.
