The ARCOS 2900 Cleaver 296722 is a professional butcher's cleaver from the Spanish manufacturer ARCOS, built for breaking down large cuts of meat and chopping bones in kitchens of schools, hospitals and other institutions, as well as restaurants and cafés.
The wide, stable rectangular blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, ARCOS' proprietary material known for its strength. The red injected-polypropylene handle is permanently joined to the blade by direct injection, preventing any looseness in the construction.
