The ARCOS 2900 Cleaver 296100 is a heavy-duty chopping tool for meat processing rooms and institutional kitchens — schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafés and restaurants. Its wide rectangular blade cuts through bone, cartilage and tendon in a single stroke.
The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel, Arcos' proprietary high-strength material. The yellow injected polypropylene handle is ergonomic and hygienic, shock-resistant and heat-resistant to 120–130 °C, permanently bonded to the blade by direct injection. Made in Spain.
